Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service to ship all our orders within Canada. This service includes emails to you from Canada Post with updates on your package delivery. The cost of shipping to an address within Canada is $15.00 per order, no matter how many items are in that order.

We use Canada Post Tracked Packet service to ship all our orders to the United States. The cost of shipping to an address in the United States is $20.00, no matter how many items are in that order.

We use Canada Post to mail international orders. For inquiries about international shipping please email Shelagh directly at: zinnia_074@hotmail.com 

RETURNS

To return an item, please mail the item back in its original condition with a note inside that includes your name and phone number and indicates whether you would like an exchange or a refund. All returns must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. We will process the refund after receiving the item.
